|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
Alternatively if you have a Paypal account you may wish to use the paypal express checkout option to complete your purchase in 3 easy steps.
We accept all major credit/debit cards We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Due to problems with guarantees and after sales service, supply of goods to addresses outside the UK mainland will be subject to quote by phone fax or email.

|Delivery Schedule We deliver stock items right away. We will normally send your order to you in 24 hrs but will notify You in the event that a product is unavailable or any delay is anticipated.|

We do not get to see any of Your card details all details entered at our checkout are fully encrypted.

|Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm|
We reserve the right to make a re-stocking fee (Usually 10%) when refunding returned items if it is customer error ordering an unsuitable item.
If an item is ordered specially and is not a stock item as in the case of larger telescopes then we reserve the right to offer a credit note on return of the goods so that you can exchange for a more suitable product.
This is particularly the case when telescopes have been unpacked and assembled. as they never pack away again in a condition which can be re-sold as new (We hope that you will understand this and that we would not send you an item which has been returned also!)
We would hope that you contact us before making a purchase if you are unsure about sizes and weights etc and ensure that the product that you purchase is the right choice.
Please note that in the case of part exchange sales, we cannot issue refunds should you wish to return an item and can only issue a credit note and this will be subject to a restocking fee reduction.
